Shouvik Kumar Guha is a student in the 4th Year of the 5-Year B.A./B. Sc. LLB. (Hons.) Program offered by the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. Having joined WBNUJS to study law 4 years ago, he was attracted towards the discipline of Intellectual Property from the very first year at law school and that interest has been kindled further in course of time. The interface between IP and other disciplines such as Economics, Anti-trust Law, Human Rights, World Trade Law and the technological developments relating thereto, has especially caught his attention since then.
