T. Prashant Reddy graduated from the National Law School of India University in the year 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Law. He currently works at Delhi based law firm that specializes in IPR litigation. His interest in IPR was sparked by the first issue of the Indian Journal of Law and Technology and from thereon continued as a member of SpicyIP. While the main driving force behind his passion for blogging on SpicyIP is his undying interest in the subject of IP, he will not deny that his passion for blogging is partially derived from his utter dismay at the misreporting in the Indian press on most things related to IP. He desperately hopes that someday the Indian IP debates will not be based on mere rhetoric but pillars of reason. In pursuit of that day he will continue to blog and hopefully make a tiny contribution to the great Indian debate on intellectual property.
